frequently asked questions
All of our specialists meet the highest quality standards and have knowledge regarding the latest developments in dental care. We can guarantee this because all practitioners participate in refresher courses, as can be seen in the Quality Register for Dentists (KRT). Furthermore our practitioners each have their own specialisation in which they excel, which you can read about in the practitioners profile.
We greatly value verification in our practice. We regularly have peer review meetings: two heads are better than one after all. In this manner our expert team tries to provide you with the very best care. Besides this we advocate a transparent treatment process. You have complete insight into your photo’s and files, you can request copies for your own administration and you are always entitled to a second opinion.
Because of our extensive care package we can offer practically all treatments under one roof. Virtually all specialisations are covered in our practice and if unexpectedly we have to refer you elsewhere, your primary practitioner will coordinate this course and guide you through it.
There is no need to worry about that with us: we carefully plan your semi-annual check-up together with you and send you a reminder ahead of time.
We are here for you at all times. Feel free to drop in with a question or contact our front desk via the chat function. Incidentally, you can always contact us in case of an emergency. We do whatever we can to provide you with the best possible service.
We try our very best to combine your dental care with your hectic schedule. Our working hours are flexible and efficient, you hardly have to wait and if we overrun our schedule we will inform you in a timely manner. All this to ensure the shortest possible interruption of your day.
We coordinate your care through one primary practitioner. This personal guidance improves the confidential relationship between practitioner and patient making you feel right at home with us. The primary practitioner carefully keeps your files up to date and will guide you should you need a certain treatment from a different specialist.
We like to keep things clear and transparent. At arrival we will inform you of the current situation regarding your dentition and the treatments we recommend, how and why. Together with you we then draft your treatment plan. At this we think along with you in terms of how to make optimal use of your insurance. This way you preserve the overview and you take control of a healthy and aesthetic dentition, together with us.
